Horizon North County is located in Rancho Santa Fe and ministers to over 3000 people weekly through four weekend services, a midweek service, weekly men's and women's Bible studies, a variety of youth programs and family ministries.
Horizon North County is an extension of Pastor Chuck Smith’s ministry at Calvary Chapel-Costa Mesa. In 1974, an assistant pastor at Calvary, Costa Mesa, Mike MacIntosh, was called by the Lord and sent by Pastor Chuck to begin a Bible study in San Diego.
